The apartment is a recent renovation: stainless kitchen, hard-surface floors, nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, and laundry in the unit. Wide windows and sliding glass doors open onto a private patio with creek and courtyard views. The bedroom has new plush carpet, an oversized window for daylight, and a large closet.

What's included with the room?

Your own private bedroom and bathroom. You'll share the living room, kitchen, dining area, in-home washer/dryer, and patio with one other roommate — all newly renovated with fresh paint, stainless steel appliances, and new plush carpet.

How much is rent, and what about utilities?

Rent is $2,200/month. Utilities (water, trash, sewer, gas) run about $284/month, split between roommates. Internet (AT&T Fiber 1000, up to 1 GIG) is included. Reserved covered parking is available for an optional +$150/month.

When can I move in?

Available now, with a flexible move-in date.

How do I apply?

Message me about the room to connect and set up a time to see the place and meet us in person or a virtual tour will be provided. If it's a good fit, you'll apply directly through the Creekside leasing office and they will handle the background check and approval (there's a $42 application fee). You'll need to be approved and added to the lease before moving in.

Can I sublet or have someone replace me later?

Subleasing isn't permitted at Creekside. Any new roommate would need to apply and be lease-approved by the leasing office, the same way you would be.

Who are my roommates?

Mervin is a Master's of Science student at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at UC Irvine, specializing in Real-Time Systems. Hayden is a Software Engineer Intern at Zoox and a student at Purdue University studying Mathematics/Statistics. We're looking for someone easy to live with, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces.

Is it pet-friendly?

Yes. Creekside is a pet-friendly, smoke-free community. Ask about specific pet policies or deposits when you apply through the leasing office.

What's the commute like?

Caltrain and Highway 101 are about a mile away. Rough drive times via 101: Meta (Burlingame) ~10 min; Apple (Hillsdale, Burlingame) ~10 min, Apple (Cupertino) ~20 min; Amazon (Sunnyvale) ~25 min; NVIDIA (Santa Clara) ~30 min; Google (Mountain View) ~20 min; Stanford Health (Palo Alto) ~20 min; UCSF Medical Center (SF) ~25 min; downtown San Francisco ~25 min; SFO ~10–15 min.
